I will include both black and blue ink refils. Please note the stand is not included. The Cross Peerless 125 Citizen is the top of the line pen from Cross. The New York is one of a series of three cities of the Citizen line of pens including Tokyo, New York, and London. This engraved design in a platinum plate and appointments was inspired by the stunning architecture of New York’s Chrysler Building. It is an amazing rare edition with the original papers and box. An additional detail that almost goes un-noticed is the geographic coordinates of New York etched into the band at the very top of the pen. They are small and hard to see but a classy touch none the less.
