STIPULA Adagio Fiorentino “Bronzino”. Japan Limited Edition – Only 180 Pieces Worldwide. This is not a standard Stipula fountain pen. This is a Japan-exclusive limited edition, created for the Japanese market only, with just 180 pieces produced worldwide. A Color Inspired by Renaissance Art? “Bronzino” is named after the Italian Renaissance painter, and the pen reflects that heritage beautifully. The deep purple marbled resin flows organically, with no two pens exactly alike – each piece is truly one of a kind. Under different light, the body reveals shifting tones and subtle shimmer, giving the impression of time moving slowly and gracefully, just as the name Adagio suggests. Natural Amethyst Set in the Clip? The clip is adorned with a genuine amethyst, a gemstone long associated with nobility, calm strength, and dignity. This detail is rarely seen at this price point and adds a quiet luxury that collectors immediately recognize. The overall presence of the pen is. A solitary beauty – elegant without being loud. Why This Pen Is Special? Collectors value this pen not only for its beauty, but for its rarity and story. Finding this model outside Japan is becoming increasingly difficult. If you are a Stipula collector – or appreciate rare, art-inspired fountain pens – this is an opportunity that does not come often. Nib: Steel (F) / Piston inlet type. Cartridge type ink cannot be used. Ink is not included in the product. Please note that ink is not included in the product. The color/pattern of the body may vary from one piece to another. Beautiful Stipula Suprema model 243 fountain pen in excellent working condition. Pen has been used and shows some light surface scuffs throughout from normal use, but nothing too noticeable. It was taken care of! No cracks, chips, gouges, or personalizations. Pen has a wet medium point titanium nib that is a fantastic writer! Trim appears to be sterling silver (at least it polished up like sterling) and filing mechanism is a piston. There is some light ink residue on the piston and at the bottom of the ink window, but I didnt want to attempt taking the pen apart to clean it off. Barrel says Stipula Suprema 243 Made in Italy I cant find any information on the 243 model so I assume it was either limited edition or discontinued long ago.
