This is a Platinum #3776 vintage 14k gold nibbed pen with an ebonite feed. The feed has fins so it is post second run of pen. It appears to be a particularly rare transitional version with an ebonite feed and the flat top nib style between the second and 3rd generation 3776 style pens. The nib has two imprints 20 on the front and 1089 on the back. This supports the pens origin being in late 1989. It does not have a slip and seal cap since it is the Platinum #3776 and not the Platinum #3776 Century. This is a pre Century version of the 3776. It is labeled in Japanese as medium so it equivalent to a western fine nib. The nib has the platinum signature feedback and is bouncy so it may be a soft medium. It is an absolute delight to write with. It has been dip tested and there may be residual waterman serenity blue. Does not come with a converter.
Thank you for visiting. Delta fountain pen Emilia Romagna nib F Japan limited 50 new unused Although it is a brand new unused item, we have tested it. It will be exhibited in the fountain pen body, converter, cartridge, box, and paper box shown in the photo. Since Delta has already gone out of business and it will be limited to 50 pieces in Japan, I think it will be a very difficult product to obtain. Therefore, I will list it as rare. Body material resin sterling silver? Pen tip material 14K gold? Character width F fine print? Mechanism Cartridge converter dual-use type For the distinctive regions of Italy It seems to be the 6th edition of the limited collection dedicated to Japan only. The 6th Italian Regions Collection, created in collaboration with Delta, pays tribute to Italy, a country loved by many Japanese people for its culture, history, fashion, gourmet food, and lifestyle. It seems that the bullet is a model dedicated to Emilia Romagna, which is also called a treasure trove of Italian ingredients. Inspired by the abundance of ingredients in the northeastern region of the Italian peninsula, which is blessed with nature such as the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains, and which attracts people with its beautiful scenery and food, Delta has specially ordered browns. The ivory resin is carved one by one by a traditional craftsman, and the cap tube has a beautiful brown resin reminiscent of ebonite, and the silver ring on the cap has a resin ring with the image of the Italian flag tricolor.
