RARE NOS French OLD CHAP Candy Striped Fountain Pen Flexy 18ct F Nib F To B. NOS = New Old Stock. I checked all of them pens and was surprised to find each with a ink converter for use. Upon disassembling though can confirm, these pens were made as such, as you can either unscrew the whole barrel from section to change or service the converter, but also can unscrew the black blindcap on bottom to faster use the converter for refill! Not only are pens of this particular company rare by now, but these pens that I have must have been the last type of production somewhere late 40´s to mid 50´s and they used what they had left on material, from previous years, before the closed the company……..
