Title: Rare/Beautiful Montblanc Fountain Pen #32 14K Nib 1960s Vintage Description: This is a vintage Montblanc fountain pen from the 1960s to 1970s, believed to be model #32 (or #22). It features a hooded nib and a piston filling mechanism, typical of Montblanc pens from that era. The nib is made of 14K gold, as indicated by the engraving. You can expect a smooth writing experience that differs from modern models. Condition: – Body: There may be very fine scratches due to age, but there are no noticeable dents or significant marks. The pen retains an impressive shine for a vintage item. The white star on the top is also in excellent condition. However, there is an engraving of the previous owner’s surname. Gold Plated Parts: The clip and rings show some dullness and slight fading due to age. Please refer to the photos for details. Nib: The nib has a 14K engraving, and the iridium point appears to have sufficient material remaining. Functionality: The piston filling mechanism operates smoothly when the barrel is turned. However, it has not been tested for ink filling or writing. Given its value, it will be carefully packaged in a special box with cushioning to prevent damage or water exposure. Please note that as a vintage item, I cannot guarantee perfect functionality. I hope to pass this on to collectors or enthusiasts who understand the risks of untested vintage items. While I have taken care to store it properly, please keep in mind that it is a vintage piece with amateur storage history.
