Disassembled, ultra sonic cleaned, new ink sac installed and polished. Excellent condition for this pen, which was made from a smaller company in Milano in them good old days of fountain pens. Barrel has no deep scratches. Cap has no deep scratches. Nib type M with medium flex. Writes F through M to BB, see sample. Total length 13.4 cm / 5.27 inches, when cap closed. OMAS PRODUCED THESE”MINERVA” FOUNTAIN PENS FROM THE 1930 UNTIL JUST BEFORE THE 2 WW ENDED. THIS IS A SMALL SIZED PEN. MADE OF STRONG BLACK CELLULOID MATERIAL. THE NIB IS A MONO TONE OF 14 K 585 GOLD & FINE SIZE. INK FILLING MECHANISM IS BY LEVER SYSTEM. PEN FILLS INK PERFECTLY & HAS NO LEAKS. THE NIB WRITES SMOOTHLY, AND DOES NOT SKIP INK, HESITATE OR BURP INK DURING WRITING. LENGTH 4 1/2 INCHES WITH CAP ON BARREL. PEN NIB IS SCRATCH LESS. CAP IS PERFECTLY ANCHORED. PEN HAS VERY FEW & MINIMAL SIGNS OF WEAR & USAGE; HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO OVERT SCRATCHES, DENTS, CRACKS, OR DISFIGUREMENTS, ESP NONE EASILY VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE.
