MONTBLANC 144 Bordeaux Fountain pen. Converter or standard cartridges (2 included). Bordeaux resin with goldplated trims. 135 X 11 mm. Two tones gold 14 Ct. Inscription: Montblanc – 14K. Clip : « Germany » + Serial number. Cap band : Montblanc Meisterstück. The pen is in pristine condition. I would not rate it as mint because the goldplated metal ring next to the nib shows some oxydation (barely visible: see pics). This is a very common issue on the 144. As soon as the pen is used, the ink acydity will corrode this ring. The Bordeaux color has been discontinued years ago, is much less common than the black one and sought after nowadays. Just one of the most classical Montblanc pens. No box but will be carefully packed. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further information. Bank transfer are welcome.
