RARE Vintage Sheaffer Targa 677s Savoy Fountain Pen, GT, 1986, M Nib, Box MINT. This is an ultra rare Sheaffer Targa 677s slim fountain pen in the Savoy pattern (Black lacquer with 10 gold coloured bands on the cap) with 23K gold trim. These were only produced from 1986 to 1990. It’s a very rare design and very collectible. ! The fountain pen has a medium 14K nib in perfect condition. It comes with a perfect uninked slim filler (itself quite rare and hard to get now). The pen is in mint cosmetic condition and look barely ever used. Black laquer finish with 10 parallel gold bands on the cap and 23K gold clip and trim. The barrel and cap are unmarked with no scuffs, scratches, tarnish, dings or wear. Clean crisp White dot on the clip. All gold trim is in perfect condition. Stamped “Sheaffer USA” around the cap top. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. Medium 14K inlaid nib in perfect condition. Comes with a press bar filler in perfect uninked condition. Also accepts cartridges (not supplied).
