The pen was tested for gold & silver and didn’t come up positive for either. It has a beautiful overlay design. The pen has a monogram of AMD on it. The nib says Edward Tod NY & the number 3. It looks like the nib has a crack on the front of it. The pen has some wear from use, age & storage, but overall it is still in good condition.
