DELTA MOMO DESIGN 2014 30TH LIMITED EDITION RED BALLPOINT PEN. New Old Stock (NOS). This item has never been used and was made some time ago but has remained in storage and is in brand-new condition. Due to long-term storage, NOS items may show signs of aging, or patina, or barely visible surface micro-scratches, but they are essentially new and unused. There is noticeable wear on the clip, including discoloration and a potential scratch on the metal. Additionally, the outer box shows minor wear. Please review the photos carefully for these details. MOMO DESIGN 30th Anniversary by Delta – Carbon fiber and celluloid: a creative mix and chromatic blend of extraordinary materials and innovative use of unusual shapes accomplished by both Momo design and Delta. It was in 1992 when Delta added a new page to the world’s history in writing instruments. After doing research for 3 years on innovative materials that could be valuable to produce writing instruments Delta produced the first writing instruments in Titanium and carbon fiber. Already at that time Momo design and Delta formed a partnership to bring forward innovation and design which resulted in the Momo “Carbon” collection by Delta. 19 years later the partnership is renewed as both companies create a new agreement to produce together new writing instruments offering new shapes, appealing and of great stimulus due to the high design value and the singular combination at same time as technological and traditional materials. This cooperation resulted in the creation of the exclusive collection Momo 30th. The collection celebrates the 30th anniversary of Momo design company. In carbon fiber, black and clear resins and celluloid. Both the celluloid and resins are turned by hand from solid bars. Cap: offers a hand carved metal cage rhodium plated which contains the inner body in clear resin offering a “Vista” special effect. At the extremity in the top of cap offers a medal featuring Momo design logo. Clip: Rhodium plated is machined from solid piece of metal and features a “pull-spring” mechanism. Body: offers an tridimensional ring in solid sterling silver sculptured with the words MOMO DESIGN. The limited edition numbering is located in the top end. Original booklets (see photos). Refill Ink – NOTE: The refill ink included with this pen is the original ink from when the pen was created. Due to the pen’s age, the ink may have dried out. This is for a very rare Porsche Design special order. Ib for their titanium fountain pen. This is new old stock. In the original capsule. The silver-grey outer body is titanium. The material of the nib is unknown as it is not marked. This nib is as rare or rarer than the fountain pen. “B” denotes that it is a broad tip. If you really want your signature to show that it was done with a fountain pen then you want a broad tip. Using a fountain pen also adds basic document security. If you use a distinct ink color it makes it even more difficult for someone to forge your signature or initials. This is an old trick that is very difficult to defeat. If you always sign or initial with an ink color like a specific shade of green or brown it would take considerable effort just to identify it and duplicate it. They certainly couldn’t come up with it over night. If there’s a problem let me know and I’ll work with you.
