This is PELIAKNs try to join (a bit late) to hooded nibs trend: PARKER 51, AURORA 88, LAMY 27 etc. A real piece of innovative design after the “standard” 120,140, 400… The steel cap is topped with pointed (domed) with compatible burgundy color jewel, while another jewel is under the piston knob.
