Beautiful Montegrappa pen limited series. I do not have the box. It has never been used and still has the unused red velvet book. It was handcrafted in Italy and features a red celluloid body with sterling silver overlays. It is inspired by Verdi’s opera La Travis’s. A low relief burin engraved portrait of Violetta Valery-Verdi’s tragic heroine is sculpted into the barrel. Limited edition The number on the pen is 1140. According to other auctions of this pen there were 1192 made. Nib is 18kt gold, filling system Piston.
