Estimate Christmas Day, 12/25/14 engraving with H. Jewelers band and clip may be a later addition as the pen pat. Dates on cap and barrel pre-date the engraving by 10 years. NOTE: “F 27 6″ or “F 27 G” very lightly hand-engraved on the bottom of the edge of the cap band – see image. 14k Clip jewelers clip 2.8 g. 14k Boston Safety 2 size Medium Nib – smooth on paper. Cap Patent date July 5, 1904. Barrel Patent Date January 5, 1904. Excellent original ebonite coloration. Chasing is strong, but not super crisp. Any questions, just ask.
