Condition – Exterior : 4 (7) (Please see the ranking below). There are some scratches and stains on the surface and nib. Gold ring on lid is loosen (see 4th pic). No test-writing is done (unsure if it is writable or not). Please confirm that this item is listed as junk. There might be slight measurement errors in size.
