This is a rare and 100% authentic, White House issued, Tariff Treaty pen! These were introduced in 2025 and produced by the Sharpie Company (it is a pen not marker) as a commemorative gift for the leaders of countries that successfully reached an agreement with President Trump on trade tariffs. They are very hard to come by and a favorite among collectors. The cap features the President’s signature on one side and The Seal of The President on the other. This pen has not been used and is a fine point as pictured. These are not retail items but rather gifts directly from President Trump himself. The pen also includes its original blue Presidential Presentation box the box has slight wear from storage but is in pretty great shape.
