Fountain pen 100N Black. Celluloid body, hardrubber cap and knob. 120 X 12 mm. Yellow gold 14 Kt. Inscription: Pelikan – 585 – 14 Karat. This is a very early production of the Pelikan 100 N (before the war when gold nibs were still available). Perfect shape and fully functional. The cork is new (see pics) and moves freely. A very nice and rare BB Nib. As seen on the pictures, the pen is in excellent condition. The black color is rare (compared to the striated green). Rare Pelikan Magnum Emege 100N fountain pen with 14k B nib. This is a former grail pen and quite a beautiful one at that, but I don’t have space for non-users. The pen has the Emege marking in the cap instead of the binder, which I believe indicates a first run pen. The cork seal has been stored wet and the pen is fully functional. There’s some small staining in the ink window and brassing of the cap rings (see photos). No reason to sell this other than my trimming the collection to users once again. Rare Vintage TAYLORIX (PELIKAN 100N) Pistonfiller Fountain Pen DF Nib. Fully disassembled, ultra sonic cleaned and polished. Taylorix brought out the 100N under license from Pelikan, as Pelikan after WWII was not in position to right away sell on US market again! Barrel has no deep scratches. Cap has no deep scratches. Nib type DF which means HARDENED FINE nib. So no flex and nib such as accountants used back in the days for making carbon paper copies. Total length 12.2 cm, when cap closed.
