If you collect Parker 75 Fountain Pens, you’ll recognize this as one of the Holy Grails of that genre! The red grip/feed section is exceedingly rare, essentially a prototype version that wasn’t widely manufactured. I wouldn’t think of parting with it, but I’ve been able to find two others over the years, and it’s time to thin the collection a bit! The pen overall is in excellent condition. No obvious dings or dents on the cap or barrel, no engraving, etc. The cap snaps on nicely. The Medium nib appears to be in excellent condition as well. The converter appears original and has just a touch of patina at the end. Note the smooth-top tassies, typical for the early 75 models. The red grip section does have a few tiny areas of scratching and/or discoloration, and I’ve tried my best to depict this in the photographs. Don’t miss this opportunity to own a VERY rare piece of Parker history! Due to the unscrupulous behavior of some eBayers over my time here, I must sell everything I sell AS IS, but rest assured, this wonderful pen is exactly as described.
