This fountain pen resin cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs with the cap always securing to the barrel. The cap has the Gold Filled “Loss Proof” Spring-loaded Clip that displays the White Dot in perfect condition. The sides of the clip are stamped with, SHEAFFER U. There are no monograms or personalizations on either the cap or barrel. There is no brassing or wear to the cap clip or cap banding. This Sheaffer Model 2664 Imperial. Fountain Pen measures 5 1/2″ in length capped and 5 3/4″ posted. The filling system can use Sheaffer-style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the Sheaffer proprietary ink converter which is included.
