The spout and cap on the ink can are all metal indicating it was likely produced prior to the wide use of plastic on such applications. Note: ink may be dried. Flo-Master pen are ubiquitous appearing all over the internet marketplace, however, as stated, we have yet to find another example of this writing instrument-especially complete in NOS condition.
