This is an unrestored Vintage Schnell’s Penselpen, in need of a lever repair and replacement of a sac. Nice green/black marble that would make a great project. Original Scnhell’s firm nib 14k nib. Lever assembly moves around freely and will definitely need replacement or work. Appears to be missing ringtop. Schnell’s are highly collectible as can be seen per some quick internet research.
