This piece comes from collection of a Senator employee, which was formerly Merz & Krell and Merz & Krell produced also Melbi & Späth pens! Only dipped for writing sample!! This is the standard version of it made fully off of hard rubber, without deco bands and with steeel nib. But it is the number 86 and therefore the largest version which was available back then! Picture 6 shall show that this is the largest model available of the Melbi series back then and you also see that this here offered pen compared to the models picture is standard version as no deco bands and with steel nib instead of gold nib. Barrel has no signs of use. Original engraving for model number. Cap has no deep scratches! Nib type M with medium flex and can write F through M to B, see sample!
