Montblanc 4M Safety BCHR FP, 14Ct no. The fountain pen is fitted with its original Montblanc 14ct no. 4 fine point nib with a heart shaped breather. The fountain pen measures capped 143 mm (5 5/8 inches). It is a very rare old Montblanc safety in very good condition. Comes with an after-market snake clip. 5 5/8 long capped. Cap imprinted with Montblanc and Montblanc logo. Stabilized crack in cap lip (see picture 2). Barrel imprint is very difficult to read. I can make out Original but not much more than that. I think it is a Simplo. There is some oxidation on the barrel consistent with the pen’s age.
